BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
It’s not too malty, and its not too over-hopped. It’s balanced. You can drink more than one, and that’s what we go for.
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
No. That’d be Bell’s Two Hearted.
BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Notes of tangerine and pine. Bitter yet very drinkable. Delicious.
BC: Do you know a story – or have a personal story – that revolves around this beer?
She’s too young for mythology, but there is a tale of some paddlers on the beautiful Buffalo River who were tricked by the beer’s balance, drank more than a reasonable amount and spent the day repeatedly falling out of canoes.
BC: What’s a good food pairing for this beer?
Spicy Thai food, although this beer would also work while you’re cooking dinner. Or maybe this beer is the appetizer!
