Located just an hour outside Austin in Johnson City, it’s nestled within the new Charleston Taylor Estate along the famed 290 Wine Trail—an area rapidly growing in reputation for craft beer, not just wine.
Black Chapel is an independent, family-founded brewery with a modern approach to approachable, food-friendly beers and a commitment to freshness. Housed in a 4,800 sq. ft. brewhouse with expansive patios and Hill Country views, it serves up craft beer straight from the tanks, making it a must-visit stop for weekenders, day-trippers, and beer lovers alike.
