HIGHER GROUND
Cask SUPER dry hopped with El Dorado
ABV: 7.0%  |  IBU: 65

A big thanks to everyone who braved gray skies to come see us on Saturday for the release of “Turn to Stone,” our second IPA release. If you didn’t get a chance to try any, come get some! We have 4-pack cans still available, so get yours before they’re all gone.

Speaking of… tonight’s beer and dessert pairing is a sold out affair, but that doesn’t mean you can’t bring your own goodies to the tap room and create a personal pairing with a flight of 4! If you find an interesting flavor combo, let us know and we’ll consider it for a future pairing event!

This THURSty THURSday we’re taking a break from one-off small batches and decided on a double dry-hopped cask of a well known favorite, Higher Ground. The addition of El Dorado hops amps up the citrus qualities (think: more orange, extra juicy) and provides just a touch of tropical fruit aromatics.

Down in the Valley: The El Dorado hop strain was bred in the Yakima Valley, an area in Washington state known for orchards, vineyards, and hop farms. Over 80% of U.S. produced hops come from this region. Learn more about it here.
