Originally named Chin Chin Du Diable (Cheers, Devil). This winter seasonal has finally made it into cans and is ready to help you toast all the winters devilish glory!

Our take on this classic style starts with an irresistibly aromatic bouquet of citrus, pear and spicy perfume that lures the senses and tempts the palate. The flavor is soft, clean and light bodied with subtle fruit and spice notes that levitate to a smooth, dry delicate finish.

we are re-releasing bottles of Chin Chin aged in
Chardonnay barrels for 24 months with Brettanomyces.
