Hudson Valley Brewery Unveils The Soleil Collection of Beers

Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon, New York has announced the release of three new beers as part of its new Soleil Collection.

The beers are Total Internal Reflection, a Sour IPA, and two beers called Soleil, one of which is a Sour IPA with marigold and rose petals and the other is a farmhouse ale with marigold and rose petals aged one year in oak barrels.

Soleil | 6%

 Sour IPA w/ raw wheat, malted oat, milk sugar, pineapple, marigold flowers and rose petals; hopped with Citra and Mosaic.

$20 six-pack / 1 case per person starting allotment

Total Internal Reflection | 7%

Sour IPA with a heavy addition of raw wheat & malted oat, milk sugar; hopped with Citra and Azacca.

$20 six-pack / 1 case per person starting allotment.

Soleil | 5%

Sour Farmhouse Ale conditioned on pineapple, marigold flowers & rose petals, aged for one year in oak. 

$20 per 750 ml bottle / 2 bottles per person starting allotment
