Peace Tree Brewing in Knoxville, Iowa has announced the release of Saison Noir, a fan favorite dark farmhouse ale. Here is the full release from Peace Tree:

We're bringing back an old favorite! Saison Noir is a dark and earthy farmhouse ale, which is typically brewed to signify the changing of the seasons from summer to fall. We're making it this winter because it's just too dang delicious. Malted barley meets a French yeast to complement the deep, roasted notes with a fresh aroma. Saison Noir keenly balances its shadowy character with a rich and inviting presence. Let yourself be snared in its grasp. 

Saison Noir will be on tap in all three taprooms this Thursday, February 13 at 5pm.
