Intriguingly hoppy with dark malt, Pike Octopus Ink is brewed with Chinook, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe hops, then dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe. This ensures the citrus and piney hops character shines through its smooth and round stout-like base. Now available on draft and in 12-ounce 6-packs throughout Washington.

Celebrate the Holidays with Barrel-Aged Beer

Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout Pike Entire and whiskey conditioned Scotch ale Pike Wood-Aged Kilt Lifter return in time for the holidays! These chest-warming treats for the winter are perfect additions to holiday meals and make a great host gift.

Beer Series Supports Nonprofit

In July 2019, Pike Brewing partnered with local co-op market the PCC to produce an limited-release IPA supporting local nonprofit Long Live the Kings. The next addition to the series is a porter: Robust, smooth, and near black in color, Pike King of Cascadia Porter is a versatile, food-friendly beer. Cans will be available exclusively in 16-ounce four-packs at the PCC and Pike Brewing starting this week. Limited draft will be available at The Pike PubTankard & Tun, and throughout Washington.
