Check out this delectable autumn cocktail from the Atrium in Atlanta.
This spritz is made with vodka, cucumber, melon, herbs & bubbles. Named after the Goddess of agriculture, fertility, the harvest, motherhood, the earth and cultivated crops, it features a syrup made with watermelon rinds, herbs and other ingredients from the kitchen to reduce waste.
About Atrium – Opened at Ponce City Market January 2022, Atrium serves modern American menus with European influence for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. It is an enchanting destination where guests can settle in for a quiet and relaxing evening sipping finely crafted cocktails and enjoying a meal by Executive Culinary Director Brandon Hughes and Culinary Director Todd Immel. The refreshing lunch and dinner menus feature seasonally driven, vegetable-forward appetizers, crudo, light pastas and larger entrees for sharing. For brunch, guests can expect a tight selection of entrees, plus caffeine-infused cocktails, mimosa bottle service and more. Designed by Smith Hanes Studio in collaboration with Founder Tal Baum, the restaurant is eclectic and bright, with thoughtful elements like bold florals, expansive tropical leaves and focal walls in a palette featuring pinks, greens and golds. Just recently, the restaurant received a 2022 Global Architecture & Design Award from Rethinking the Future. Atrium is part of Baum's Oliva Restaurant Group, which also includes Atlanta’s beloved Aziza, Bellina Alimentari, Rina, Falafel Nation and forthcoming Carmel.
