Minus5º ICEBAR and 1923 Prohibition Bar, both located inside Mandalay Bay, have announced their latest offering – the Fire and Ice Experience. This new package includes three specialty drinks and immersive experiences in the chilly ice lounge and hidden speakeasy.

The adventure starts at Minus5º ICEBAR, where guests will be transported into a winter wonderland surrounded by over 90 tons of ice. To keep warm, each guest will receive a faux fur coat and gloves and a hot chocolate spiked with a choice of Bailey’s Irish Cream, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Kahlúa, Rumple Minze, or Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. A variety of toppings such as peppermint candy, marshmallows, and Reese’s peanut butter cups are also available. Visitors can explore interactive ice sculptures, participate in a scavenger hunt, or scan QR codes to learn more about the bar's construction. Each guest will also receive a digital souvenir photo.

Next, guests will make their way to 1923 Prohibition Bar, where they can enjoy a warmer atmosphere and one of three hand-crafted specialty cocktails inspired by the Dutton family from the prequel series “1923” to “Yellowstone”. The drinks include the Revolver, made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters, the Gold Rush featuring Buffalo Trace Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey, and the Yellowstone Negroni with The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc, and Aperitivo Nonino. To take home, each visitor will receive a 1923 souvenir flask.

Finally, the Fire and Ice Experience concludes with a stop at the grab-n-go daiquiri bar located in front of Minus5º ICEBAR, where guests can enjoy an over-the-top Super Daiquiri made with indulgent ingredients and garnishes. Among the new flavors is the Angry Mango, which blends elements of fire and ice with a mango and watermelon daiquiri base, tequila, and a Chamoy tajin rim topped with candied chili mangos.
