Dangerous Man Brewing Releases Video Game Collaboration Beer

Minneapolis-based Dangerous Man Brewing Company has released Goliath Experimental Double IPA in conjunction with the launch of Goliath, an indie game created by local developer Octopus Tree games. 

In Goliath, players build increasingly larger robots in order to smite monsters roaming the earth.

“The beer is a hop bomb,” says Rob Miller, Dangerous Man founder and head brewer. “We wanted to make a beer that was strong and powerful, much like the Goliaths in the game.”

When Miller says hop bomb, he means it. The DIPA will feature a new hop varietal called "TnT". The brewery will host a release party for the game, which was also scored and scripted by local talent, on Sunday, June 5.
