BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
One of our old brewers developed this recipe although it has been adjusted over the years to become what it is today.
 
BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
Flavor and aroma play a big part in this beer but my favorite aspect would be the 9% ABV I love.
 
BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
The name was thought up due to us being right next door to the Dover Air Force Base which pushed us towards the Pin Up Series and the art work.
 
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
No, my desert island beer would be our Oak Barrel Stout or our 11th Sour that we recently released.
 
BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Strong hoppy beer with a solid malt backbone.
 
BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Smoked beef brisket, grilled lamb; Southern chicken-fried steak.
