Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
Trevor Hileman: We all threw out ideas in a brainstorm and eventually came up with the recipe. This was a team effort.  

What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
Zeth DeVore : My favorite aspect of this beer is its flavor. It’s smooth, creamy and crisp. It’s just an overall simple, refreshing blonde ale.

Where does this beer’s name come from?
Zeth DeVore: The beer’s name comes from our location’s area code. Being that we’re a brewery located in the Temecula/Murrieta area, our area code is 951. We wanted to represent where we come from with a beer as amazing as our community here in the 951.

Is this your “desert island beer?”
Aaron Heyden: No, that would be our Inline IPA.

Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Kevin North: Balanced, easy to drink, with sweet touch and clean finish.

What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Trevor Hileman: Burgers!
