BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
I did!

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
My favorite aspect is just how smooth it is for 10% ABV.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
A hypnic jerk is an involuntary twitch of one or more muscles that occurs as a person is falling asleep. This beer could possibly induce such a state (kidding of course).

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
If I'm going to be trapped on an island I wouldn't mind having plenty of this one around.

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Luscious, full-bodied, malty delight.

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Get some stinky cheeses and a few meats to pair with Hypnic Jerk and you're all set.
