I did.
BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
It has to be the aroma. Every time I pour one I'm surprised at how punchy the fruity aromatics are on this 6% ABV IPA.
BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
A devilishly delicious hop bomb that might make you sell your soul for a little more. All Hail Jucifer!
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
Jucifer would definitely be my desert island beer. After brewing countless beers this one is still my go-to in the fridge.
BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Hazy little slice of juicy heaven.
BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
During crawfish season it's hard to beat a Jucifer paired with a crawfish boil. If you can't get crawfish, stick to something spicy to pair with this beer.
