Motorworks Brewing Releases Frostfang Russian Imperial Stout

Motorworks Brewing in Bradenton, Florida has announced the release of a Wood-Aged Russian Imperial Stout called Frostfang.

The base beer is features aromas of coffee, chocolate and roasted nuts, with bitter dark chocolate flavors to complement. Full-bodied and pitch-black, this beer was brewed using bourbon-soaked oak chips for a slight whiskey note and oaky vanilla notes.

Available now in our Taproom, Frostfang is a delicious, decadent Russian Imperial Stout brewed with lactose, coffee, and bourbon-soaked oak chips especially for Rollin' Oats Tampa's Fall Harvest Tasting Event this Saturday.

With heady aromas of coffee, chocolate & roasted nuts, Frostfang is full-bodied & laden with bitter dark chocolate flavors complimented by a slight whiskey character and oaky vanilla notes that soften its warming alcohol sensation. Brewed with Natural Process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans roasted at the brewery, black malt and roasted barley bolster this stout's toasty, bittersweet flavors that finish semi-dry alongside hints of tobacco. Quantity is extremely limited.
