BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
This beer was a group effort by our brewery management team. We wanted to create a beer that gave a nod to Hazy IPAs, but that was also a super jammy pale ale.
BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
The ripe melon and berry flavor aroma of this beer is super fun!
BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
As with most beers at pFriem, we simply call them what they are. This beer is super fruity with fresh jam flavors.
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
This would be a great beer to session on a desert island, but there are others that are competing for that spot.
BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Whipped white foam, marionberries, strawberry preserves, blueberries and gummy bears.
BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Vietnamese chicken wings made with fish sauce.
