pFriem Family Brewers Debuts Bright Pale

pFriem Family Brewers Debuts Bright Pale

pFriem Family Brewers in Hood River, Oregon has announced the release of a new bright, clean beer in response to the onslaught of hazy, hopped-up IPAs and pale ales that are springing up around the country. Bright Pale is an easy-drinking, crystal-clear Pale Ale brewed with Callista, Warrior, Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc hop varietals. The full release from pFriem is below.

As we continue to explore the "haze craze" movement, we also strive to maintain balance by offering varieties of clean, bright beer. That's where our new pFriem Bright Pale shines.

This pale ale is built on a light and clean malt bill of Pale and Pilsner malt and showcases a blend of new American and new German hops. It was in Germany at hop selection that Josh Pfriem came upon the new hop - Callista. He was immediately impressed with the pleasant hoppy notes and intense aromas of fruit. It made the cut to be showcased in our Bright Pale along with Warrior, Simcoe, and Hallertau Blanc.

Cheers to variety!

DESCRIPTION
pFriem Bright Pale Ale is bursting with fruity and tropical hop notes such as white grapes, pineapple, and pine and tropical aromas of honeydew melon and passion fruit. When you experience its crisp, fruity, and clean finish, you’ll understand why we call it bright.
