Wild Heaven Launches Chef Beer, Its First Belgian Witbier

Wild Heaven Beer in Decatur, Georgia has announced the release of its first-ever Belgian witbier called Chef Beer. Full details are below.

ORDER A collaboration between Wild Heaven Beer and our good friend Chef Carla Fears of Gourmet Street Foods, ‘Chef Beer’ as a concept is intended to become an ongoing collaborative series celebrating the Atlanta culinary community, with Chefs working alongside Brewmaster Eric Johnson to develop the style, base and adjunct ingredients (think fruits, herbs, spices, etc) to achieve the desired flavor profile with food pairings in mind. For our first offering, we present a Belgian-style Witbier with orange peel, coriander, pink peppercorns, cilantro and lime zest. And check out Chef Carla's weekend menu, designed to match the beer:
