A pleasant surprise. Towering, billowing white head on top of classic cracker and biscuit malt, with a touch of sweetness. The green tea picks up where the malt leaves off, and carries the day until a gentle assertion of hop bitterness. The hop choices make for a complementary piquant melange to the tea as well. It looks great in a glass, and the mouthfeel is delightfully creamy. Best of all, technically it's a breakfast beer.
