Kratom Tea Mojito Mocktail

Well! This beverage’s name already makes it exciting; kratom tea with hints of a mojito mocktail.

This drink will take around 10 minutes to prepare. This was adapted from an original recipe by Top Tree Herbs.

What You Will Need (two servings)

  • Kratom tea bags (2)
  • Water (2 cups)
  • Mint (8-10 leaves)
  • Medium lime (1)
  • Fairtrade or organic cane sugar (4 tablespoons)
  • Ice cubes (1-2 cups)

Directions:

  • Put water and the tea bags in a small-sized saucepan. Squeeze 1/3 lime into the saucepan. Boil it first and then simmer for around twenty minutes.
  • Check the water level every few minutes. It shouldn't burn off. Add a few more drops of water if needed. You want more concentrated tea, but not burnt.
  • Squeeze lime over fresh mint leaves and firmly muddle for a few minutes. Add sweeteners (optional) and stir the tea until the contents dissolve.
