Billy's Chilies

Twisted Pine's Billy's Chilies is crisp, and hot without sending your inner Scoville alarm into the red. Without the chilies, it would make for a nice clean pale ale, with minimal to nonexistent bitterness and very light malt, almost closer to a pilsner.

For whatever reason, likely age, our bottle was minimally carbonated, which may have contributed to the somewhat one-dimensional flavor of the beer. Slap a few more bubbles in there and this may have come close to a Habanero Sculpin in terms of balanced heat and quality suds.
