Specializing in crafting high-quality and distinctive craft beers, Shovel Town Brewery offers a diverse range of local, refreshing and delicious brews, all brewed on-site within their state-of-the-art facility. Visitors can savor an array of flavors through samples, flights and full pours from the brewery's draft selection. Additionally, they have the option to take the experience home by purchasing growlers, bottles and cans to go. The brewery also provides a light food menu, complementing the exceptional craft beer offerings, ensuring a complete and satisfying visit for all beer enthusiasts.
Beyond its original location, Shovel Town has also opened Station One, which redefines the craft beverage and culinary scene as a hybrid craft brewery, craft distillery, craft winery and restaurant, all ingeniously housed within a renovated Fire Station in the heart of historic Downtown Foxborough. The iconic Station One is situated at 44 School Street, gracing the historic Foxborough Common.
Station One proudly showcases a range of locally-produced, artisanal craft beverages paired with complementary delectable foods. All the beverages featured at Station One are either meticulously brewed by Shovel Town Brewery or sourced from esteemed local Farmer Distilleries and Wineries. The dedication to local sourcing is further exemplified in the restaurant's menu, where efforts are made to procure ingredients from nearby farms and producers whenever possible and feasible.
