New Belgium has released the newest addition to its Hop Kitchen series, Hop Tart American Sour Pale Ale. In a release from New Belgium, they describe Hop Tart as a "sessionable, fruity spin on the typical American sour."
Developed via the same brewing method as New Belgium's Snapshot, Hop Tart is equally as quaffable as that year-round wheat beer. Hop Tart blends Belgian Pale Malt with lactobacillus strains and Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Experimental Hop 522 dry-hopping. Its 30 IBUs and 5 percent ABV add to the brew's quenching quality.
Hop Tart is available on draft from now through July wherever New Belgium is sold.
