StillFire Brewing Unveils Strata-Caster Pale Ale

StillFire Brewing in Suwanee, Georgia has announced a new beer based on Fender's famed Stratocaster guitar: a pale ale called Strata-Caster.

We brewed an easy to drink yet flavorful Pale Ale that was lighter on alcohol yet used a hop complex enough to carry the day.  Strata-caster was finished with the enigmatic Strata hop, a hop with a wide variety of aromas and flavors.  In a lighter ale like this, there is more tropical, dried and stone fruit aspect to the hop than dank hemp aspects it is sometimes known for.  Many people will find that their first impression will change as they take a few sips and settle in with this wonderful pint.  It may not be all things, but we can say with confidence it is many more things than what your first sip may lead you to believe. 6.8% ABV
