Stone has dropped a couple newsworthy nuggets this week – the company is debuting two new brews, Mocha IPA and Citrusy Wit, and expanding distribution to the entirety of Wisconsin, the 42nd state to see its wares along with D.C., Puerto Rico, and 31 other countries.
The seasonal brews are Citrusy Wit, a 5.3 percent witbier brewed with tangerine and kaffir lime leaf and Stone Mocha IPA, a 9 percent double IPA brewed with cocoa, milk sugar and coffee. The new seasonals are out now in select markets, in 12-ounce six packs and on draft in select markets, though Stone will likely ramp up distribution to "wherever Stone is sold" in the coming weeks.
As for the Badger State, Stone will officially debut on June 14, with local release events at various retail establishments.
"Craft beer in Wisconsin has really started to gain momentum, and we're happy to be coming back to the state," said Stone Vice President of Sales Todd Karnig. "We're very excited to add Wisconsin to our distribution footprint and contribute to the state's growing craft beer scene."
