Flying Saucer on The Lake hosts renowned beer expert and author Stephen Beaumont

Stephen Beaumont, co-author of Best Beers and one of the world's leading beer experts, will be at Flying Saucer Fort Worth and Flying Saucer on the Lake to talk about and sign his new book. Beaumont will also host a five-course beer meal at each location. 

The beer brunch at Flying Saucer on The Lake costs $40 for U.F.O. club members and $45 for the general public. The courses offered at the brunch include:

• First course: Chicken and sausage gumbo paired with Westmalle Tripel
• Second course: Duck wings tossed in blueberry barbecue sauce with grilled peach and ricotta salad paired with Boulevard Collaboration #7
• Third course: Open-faced turkey pastrami on rye with watermelon gazpacho paired with BFM Abbaye Saint Bon Chein
• Fourth course: Chicken thighs in apricot hoisin on a bed of charred corn and cherry tomato faro paired with Saison Dupont
• Dessert course: Cookies and crème brulee paired with Deschutes Scotch Barrel Abyss
