Two Limited Releases from Highland Brewing Co. On the Way

Asheville, North Carolina's Highland Brewing Co. has announced the early release of its spring seasonal, Southern Sixer IPA.

The West Coast IPA is out now and features a stellar lineup of hop All-Stars: Equinox, Mosaic, Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe.

Also coming soon is the brewery's next addition to its Warrior Series: Imperium Russian Imperial Stout. Brewed with coffee, vanilla and coconut, Imperium serves as an excellent counterpoint to the zestier, lower ABV profile of Southern Sixer.

We are getting a bit tired of these cold winter days, so we decided to start spring a bit early with Southern Sixer, our spring seasonal! This west coast IPA is made with six all-American hops: Equinox, Mosaic, Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe. 

Join us on January 12th at the brewery to get you first taste of spring. As with all our seasonal beer release parties, one dollar from every pour of Southern Sixer will go to the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy to support their work of permanently protecting the land we call home.

We love IPAs as much as everybody else (maybe more), but sometimes you need to take a walk on the dark side. Brewed with coffee, vanilla, and coconut, Imperium is a Russian imperial stout that is made for those pitch-black mountain nights. Imperium returns, as bold as ever, on March 2nd.
