Break Your New Year's Resolutions with Trillium Brewing Co. Resolution Break Imperial Stout

Trillium Brewing Co. in Canton, Massachusetts has announced the release of a luxurious new Imperial Stout called Resolution Break.

Brewed with cold brew coffee, liege waffles (yes, actual waffles), lactose and vanilla, this sumptuous 13.5 percent ABV beer will add on the pounds you've lost since the new year began. C'est la vie.

Call off the resolutions, we have the inside scoop to share about this Sunday's bottle release. Resolution Break is an imperial stout brewed with pounds on pounds on pounds of waffles that were hand-made by Shane and his team from The Burgundian, as well as cold-brewed coffee made with our newly announced Trillium blend from Barrington Coffee. One of our favorite moments from brewing Resolution Break was getting up on the brewhouse with Shane and Barth from Barrington to add the waffles. We always get a kick out of working with such talented and down-to-earth partners.
