Pike Brewing Co., founded in 1989 in Seattle, Washington, operates a 30-barrel brewhouse to produce roughly 14,000 barrels of craft beer a year. Home to two restaurants, American gastropub The Pike Pub and seafood-focused restaurant and oyster bar Tankard & Tun, the brewery operates using a traditional gravity-flow brewing system with a visible brew kettle in the middle of The Pike Pub’s dining room.

Pike produces a wide variety of well-known year-round beers, such as Pike Place Ale, an American Pale Ale, Space Needle IPA, an American IPA, Kilt Lifter, a Scotch Ale, and Monk's Uncle, a Belgian Tripel.
