Highland Brewing Co. Unveils Rustic Ridge IPA Seasonal

Highland Brewing Co. in Asheville, North Carolina has announced the seasonal release of its Rustic Ridge IPA. Full details are below.

Rustic Ridge IPA is our newest seasonal. It showcases the best of our annual hop selection brewed at the peak of the harvest season.

Downtown Taproom, Friday, September 17th

Highland’s Downtown Taproom release features a pop-up craft fair from 4-8 pm, live music, and a meet and greet with Leah Ashburn, Family Owner and Brewery President, from 5-7 pm. 

Brewery Taproom, Saturday, September 18th

Join us at the brewery taproom for our Hop Harvest Festival from 5-9 pm featuring Rustic Ridge IPA, steins of more fall-inspired brews, a pig roast, and games in the Meadow. Live music with JW Carlson starts at 6:30 pm. 

As with all our seasonal releases, a dollar from every pint poured during this event will go to benefit the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy

In 1996, we brewed Cold Mountain as a holiday treat. 25 years later, this brew is a sign of the season for WNC and a cherished tradition for us all.

To celebrate Cold Mountain's silver anniversary, our festivities will include special Cold Mountain variants, celebration sessions, Holiday Pack pre-orders, and release events at both of our locations.
