This offering from Red Brick Brewing is a  “double chocolate oatmeal porter,” a combination of words that brings my tastebuds to attention. A good nominee for a breakfast beer due to the oatmeal factor, it would pair well with today's national food day nominee the cinnamon crescent roll. While roasty chocolate makes a fleeting appearance, there's more oatmeal and a surprising bitterness in the finish.

They’ve also snuck an Oompa Loompa on the label, performing martial arts. Smooth Red Brick. Silky smooth.
