Big Boss Brewing Co. Unveils Two New Beers: Capital Thaw IPA and Big Boss California Common

Big Boss Brewing Co. in Raleigh, North Carolina has announced the release of two new beers in February. Full details on these releases are below.

Also, Exciting news folks, 2 NEW LIMITED BEER RELEASES! 

Next Thursday 2/3 - we will be launching our "Capital Thaw" India Pale Ale features pungent citrus notes with subtle kumquat, pineapple and jasmine aromas from Strata, Styrian Cardinal and French Barbe Rouge hops. 5.3% ABV. The design for the can was created using a painting by local artist, Jonny Gilroy. His artwork can be found here: http://jonnygilroyart.webs.com. We loved being able to support local art for this beer, and will be working with local artists more in the future. That being said, this is not your average IPA, this eclectic blend of hops you won't want to miss!

The following Thursday 2/10, we launch the “Big Boss California Common.”  We use lager yeast at warmer ale temperatures for toasty flavors with subtle spice and black pepper notes from German hop additions. 5.2% ABV. Also known as a “Steam Beer,” this American original is very drinkable, with ale and lager characteristics. Really excited for y'all to experience both of these limited releases!
