Clique Hospitality Unveils Easy's Cocktail Lounge, a Secret Speakeasy at ARIA Resort & Casino

Las Vegas-based Clique Hospitality has done it again, introducing their latest project, Easy's Cocktail Lounge. This speakeasy, located at the highly anticipated Proper Eats Food Hall on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino, is the latest trendsetting addition to the city's nightlife scene.

Behind a secret entrance lies a moody cabaret lounge, where live musicians play post-modern jukebox music and expert bartenders showcase their meticulous craft. Easy's Cocktail Lounge is a luxurious accompaniment to an unforgettable night, offering a singular dining option of fine dining's most delightful pearl, Beluga caviar service. Accompanied by house-made blinis, crème fraiche, chives, lemon wedges, and two chilled glasses of Belvedere vodka, the caviar is presented on a bed of ice in a replica Fabergé egg.

Renowned mixologist Eric Hobbie is the mastermind behind Easy's inventive cocktail menu, which features theatrical "show stoppers" that enthrall the senses and delight the palate. From the Shroomin', with two mushroom-shaped glasses emerging from a custom-made wooden tray filled with moss, to the Smoke Show, served in two glass pipes accentuating the cocktail's aroma, each drink is a work of art.

Signature cocktails, inspired by a bygone era, include Long Live the Queen, a fragrant cocktail made with strawberry-infused gin, lime, basil, simple syrup, and Prosecco, topped with a white chocolate crown. Puss & Boots, a creation made with Patron tequila, St. Germain, and lemon, charcoal-smoked and served in a chilled glass, is marked with a paw print. The Snake Bite, served over a singular molded cube, is a hearty drink made with Bulleit bourbon, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and Amaro, garnished with orange slices.
