Bretta V

Bretta is our ever-changing series of 100% brettanomyces fermented beers. For our 5th iteration, we’ve chosen a fruit forward strain of brett and complimented it with bright Japanese Yuzu citrus juice, and modern tropical hops. The result is a complex mosaic of citrus, stone fruit, and nuanced funk that will continue to develop with age.
