Maxline Brewing Celebrates 1st Birthday

Fort Collins-based Maxline Brewing is celebrating its one-year anniversary on Saturday, June 17th. For all the details, see below:

Fort Collins, CO — Mark your calendars! On Saturday, June 17th, Maxline Brewing will be celebrating one year since they first opened their doors. The free event goes from 11 a.m.until close, and true to Maxline form, the party is both family and dog friendly.  From beer slinging to community fundraisers, food and beer pairings to live music, Maxline Brewing has much to celebrate, and the midtown brewery will do so in the only way they know how— having pure, unadulterated fun.

“It’s exciting to look back on our first year and see how much fun we have had, how many great people we’ve met and new friends we’ve made, and most of all, to know how fortunate both Cathy and I are to have a great team of people working with us at Maxline Brewing,” said co-owner Kevin Gearhardt. “It’s truly an honor to be a part of the Fort Collins and Northern Colorado craft brewing communities, and we can’t thank our taproom guests enough for helping us exceed our expectations for our first year!”

So what can patrons expect from the summer bash? Maxline will be releasing special tappings from their small batch experimental series, including a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout that has been aging for six months. Crowd pleasing favorites such as Raspberry Basil Saison and Farmhouse Double IPA will also make their summer debut at the party. The presenting sponsor is Kelty so expect several outdoor gear giveaways throughout the day. The Rollin’ Stone and The Goodness food trucks will be on site, and Last Call RomanceAmy & The Peace Pipes, and Smokestack Relics will rock the house. Maxline staff and volunteers will be standing by waiting to get dunked in the dunk tank (100% of the proceeds from the dunk tank will be donated to Foco Cafe).  Seed + Stone will have their handcrafted pottery available for purchase, and for those looking for even more artistic flair, face painting and henna tattoos are ready for the willing. Luckily, the party doesn’t have to stop. The brewery will be hosting a Hangover Brunch with Music City Hot Chicken the next day starting at 11 a.m.

Note: There will be plenty of bike racks available, as well as additional parking.
