Back East Brewing Co. Announces Release of Ice Cream Man, Octoberfest and Palate Mallet

Back East Brewing Co. in Bloomfield, Connecticut has announced the release of three beers this coming week. Full details are below.

WEDNESDAY 7/28

Our first annual batch of Octoberfest is ready and making its debut in 16oz cans on Wednesday 7/28! Our Octoberfest is our take on the traditionally brewed German stalwart, brewed with imported Munich malts and noble German hops, giving it a hearty malt character and a smooth crisp finish. Stop in and grab some fresh cans, sip on a draught or three and play a little trivia (signups @ 6, game starts @ 6:30).

FRIDAY 7/30

We have a special treat for you all this week, a real throwback, our original DIPA! Our yearly batch of Palate Mallet DIPA is arriving a bit early this year! Palate Mallet has a strong, bitter, hoppy bite, with notes of citrus and a clean, crisp finish. A true mallet to the palate. If you haven't yet tried it, it's a must for all you DIPA lovers out there. Fresh draught and cans (12oz can 4pks) will be available on Friday 7/30 in the taproom from 3-10pm. 

SATURDAY 7/31

Ice, ice baby! Ice, ice baby! Alright stop, collaborate and listen. Ice Cream Man is back with a brand new batch! Saturday, July 31st from 12-8pm (walk up taproom sales only, no drive through) Back East is the place to be to get your hands on fresh Ice Cream Man IPA (available on draught & in 4pks, 1 case p/p limit)! Did we mention we will be open extended hours, till 8pm, more time to get your beer drinkin' on and enjoy the weekend! We all love a little ice cream from time to time, so stop in on Saturday and hang with us!
