This imperial stout boasts a totally complex malt bill that ranges from Midnight Wheat to Roasted Barley to Chocolate Malt with the teensiest pinch of smoked malt. But we wanted to do one better so we freakin smoked the coffee beans. But just a few of them and JUST enough to make sure you feel like you’re fireside when getting down on this Stout. 250lbs total, courtesy of our friends at HEY! Cafe, and just a few lbs that we popped in Zac's homemade smoker!
