The Amber Kellerbier beer style as defined in the 2015 BJCP Style Guide is a young, unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with a spicy hop character and moderate hop aroma. This is the original style of Kellerbier from the Franconia region of Germany. Moderately cloudy with a gold to deep reddish-amber color.
