This beer is definitely an IPA first with the notes of the barrel actually rounding out the bitterness that hops typically impart in the beer. A bright and fresh aroma of tropical fruits and citrus followed by a nice smoothness coming from the untoasted bourbon barrels. Being mid-range on both IBU and ABV, our IPA delivers a satisfying and flavorful experience.
