The original version of this Imperial Sweet Stout was aged in Vanilla Bourbon Barrels on liquid cacao, toasted coconut and Tongan vanilla beans. We then moved it to a 7 year old Knob Creek 121 proof barrel and let it sit for a year. Made with Peruvian chocolate, Vietnamese cinnamon bark & Madagascar vanilla caviar.
