We chose Hipp Family Honduran Monte Verde Natural for its sweet flavor profile and pineapple quality. Some of the coffee was dosed via cold brew and then we cold steeped a pound per barrel of Whole Bean for 24 hours for that added, fresh roasted coffee aroma!
