A new year-round release from the Georgia brewery

Reformation Brewery Releases Self-Titled IPA

Reformation Brewery in Canton, Georgia has announced a new year-round self-titled IPA. Full details are below.

ATLANTA, GA - Georgia based Reformation Brewery is pleased to announce the release of self-titled, Reformation IPA. The beer is a new year-round offering in the brewery’s portfolio and takes the place of their rotating seasonal, Nolan The Wanderer.

An unfiltered American style IPA (6.5%) featuring Talus, Citra, & Mosaic for notes of grapefruit & pineapple, Reformation IPA is now available for pre-order across the brewery’s state-wide Georgia distribution footprint, and debuts in the brewery’s taprooms Friday, Feb. 25th.

“We fell in love with the Talus hop, which gives this beer an intense citrus aroma and ripe notes of grapefruit and pineapple. We also love the little bit of pine resin that balances out all those fruit forward notes. As we searched for this hop, we built a great relationship with the people at Hop Head Farms (in Southwest Michigan) who supply our contract of this unique and robust hop,” said Ryan Morley-Stockton, Business Operations Director.

Judges Ratings
Description

Urayasu (rye-yah-su) Rice Lager is a Japanese-inspired beer, named after the sister city of Orlando, FL and where a well-known amusement park calls home today. Our connection with the history in Orlando brings back the past of a previous amusement park, where this one brings back their history of being an important fishing village for the Edo capital. Rice adds clarity, crispness, and a slight sweetness, while still only making up less than one third of the grain bill. This well-balanced beer combines the earthy herbal flavors of the land with the nobility and brightness of the sea, as Urayasu has.

Description

Bold notes of chocolate and coffee derived from the roasted Munich malts defines this dark lager. Yet it finishes out pleasantly on the palate with a malty sweetness and a lingering, almost savory bitter note. Remarkable for its full bodv robustness and its gentle finish, the Dunkel is easily our most popular beer in America. It has won numerous awards, from the Meininger's Gold Medal to the World Beer Award. Have fun pairing it with a spectrum of dishes, from grilled steaks to chocolate cake.
