Our Domestique Blonde Ale is accessible, yet holds its own when put against any contender.  This beer is designed to be approachable yet memorable with a soft malt backbone and delicate Noble hop bitterness, keeping it from being too heavy or sweet. The aroma is slightly grainy, yet not astringent, and the forward palate is reminiscent of malted milkshake, grain, and honey.  The finish is dry and crisp with just the slightest hop bitterness.  Well rounded, smooth and reliable.

A local infusion of flavor – Bent Paddle Black combined with Duluth Coffee Company’s Cold-Press coffee. Smoother than campfire coffee without the mess of the grounds.

An unexpected visual bend to an American India Pale Ale, this style is one that stands out in a crowd, or if you’re more like us – enjoyed at a campsite…with no crowd. This non-traditional IPA is golden in color with an enormous floral/citrus hop aroma and a supporting malt profile.

Our well rounded approach to the classic British Ale. There’s middle of the road, and there’s middle of the river. And if there’s one thing that’s important in the middle of the river – it’s balance. Our ESB is incredibly well balanced with a slight toasted malt flavor, traditional British hop accents with just a hint of pine and citrus from the unexpected Amarillo / Ahtanum dry-hop.

Inspired by the farmhouse beers aged during the cold Belgian winters, pFriem Saison is a fragrant ale ready to warm any palate with tropical notes of guava and kumquats.

pFriem Nectarine Golden Ale is aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels before we add local Flavortop Nectarines. Six months later, the resulting aromas of marmalade and citrus zest, and notes of peach nectar and cantaloupe practically leap from the glass.

Our Lemon Zest Farmhouse Ale is a traditional Saison infused with lemon zest to give the beer a bright lemon flavor balanced by its earthy, fruity base. Pucker up and take a sip!

pFriem’s Koslch-style ale is our nod to the rich history and heritage of the style. Brewed here in Oregon (not in Cologne, Germany), this light ale tantalizes with notes of ripening pear, flowers and biscuits and a dry alluring finish. Have one. The future is here.

We took a San Diego-style IPA and added fresh peach puree to complement the tropical citrus hoppiness. The result is an unfiltered, easy-to-drink IPA with tons of citrus and peach fruitiness and a moderately hoppy/bitter finish.
