A new storytelling advertisement campaign from Brouwerij Bosteels focuses on the seven generations of Tripel Karmeliet, one of the brewery's most popular and revered beers.

“We wanted to create a unique message that captures the DNA of our beer and the philosophy behind our brewery,” says Antoine Bosteels in a release from Artisanal Imports, who represents the seventh generation of the Bosteels family and who was integral to developing the storyline for the campaign.

Pyramid Brewing Co. Debuts Outburst Berry Tart IPA

Seattle, Washington's Pyramid Brewing Co. has announced the third entry into its Outburst series of beers. Outburst Berry Tart IPA is the brewery's first Tart IPA and follows the release of Outburst Imperial IPA and Outburst Citrus IPA in the Outburst series.

Berry Tart IPA is brewed with hibiscus, cranberries and black currants and provides a thirst-quenching juiciness as well as a first smack of hops from the Outburst Imperial IPA base beer. 

Outburst Berry Tart IPA is available in 6-packs of 12-ounce cans as well as 22-ounce bottles wherever Pyramid's beers are found. The full release from the brewery is below.

New Realm Brewing Purchases Brewing Equipment from Foreclosed Green Flash Location

Atlanta's recently opened New Realm Brewing Co., which debuted its first canned beers last month, announced the purchase of brewing equipment previously employed by Green Flash Brewing Co. in its recently shuttered Virginia Beach location.

The brewery is currently "exploring options for the location of the equipment and a potential new taproom," according to a release from the brewery. 

New Realm was founded by Carey Falcone, Bob Powers and former Stone Brewing Brewmaster Mitch Steele in 2017. The full release from the brewery is below.

Crooked Stave Sour Rosé Returns to Cans

Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project in Denver, Colorado has announced the return of Sour Rosé to 12-ounce cans. The beer first released in February and immediately sold out throughout the state.

A 4.5 percent ABV wild ale fermented in oak barrels with raspberries and blueberries, Sour Rosé has been aged upwards of 12 weeks on whole fruit in large oak foeders.

Crooked Stave has tripled production of this beer in order to try and roll the beer out nationally starting in July. The full brewery release is below.


Denver, Colo. – April 16, 2018– “Sour Rosé”, a 4.5% ABV wild ale fermented in oak barrels with raspberries and blueberries, is back in stock and on store shelves throughout the state of Colorado. Sour Rosé’s inaugural batch debuted in cans in February and quickly sold out across the state.
