Made with all gluten-free ingredients and in collaboration with Wellesley Ale House, a celiac brewer, we first bring you a Pale Ale to rival "real' beer. Using a base of Sweet Sorghum and Brown Rice, we mash in Quinoa, Gluten-Free Flaked Oats, and Buckwheat. Hopped with citrusy favorites Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe. Ankleknocker Gluten Free beers. This American IPA features bright and fruity hop aromas, with lemon and orange taking center stage. A low ethanol aroma blends well. It pours a clear, deep gold with a solid, white head. This beer quickly switches gears, as the flavor is dry as a bone and dominated by resinous hop flavor and... Green's Gluten-Free Tripel Ale by Green's Gluten Free Beers was judged as BJCP Category 31A, Alternative Grain Beer.

The aroma is prominently fruity and also has a bubblegum character. There are underlying flour-like and doughy aromas, which, although not expected in a Belgian-style ale,... Read More

Moderate lactic and buttery aromas rise from this American Wild Ale, which take on more of a background character that's damp and earthy as it warms. This beer pours an opaque orange color, though there is no visible sediment. The white head disappears instantly – not uncommon in this style. The... Read More

Butta Cup is a Double Brown Ale with added flavors, judged as BJCP Category 34C, Experimental Beer.  This beer starts with a burst of chocolate and peanut butter-like aromas, which hint at sweetness. They smell almost like kids' cereal at first, but become more subdued after a moment. A low... Read More

Brouwerij 't Verzet Oud Bruin is an Oud Bruin, judged as BJCP Category 23C. This example is a murky brown color with a solid charge of fizz. The white head dies down after just a moment. Its aroma is acidic and fruity (mostly cherry) with background sweetness and caramel malt. The taste is full-... Read More
