Double Barrel Imperial Korova

Double Barrel Imperial Korova

Double Barrel Imperial Korova, Gnarly Barley Brewing
Description

Our signature Oatmeal Milk Porter is given the Imperial treatment, brewed at a higher gravity for an elevated ABV. The usual notes of coffee, chocolate, and roast are amplified and then complimented by a dynamic combo of barrel aging. The first two years were spent developing in Woody Creek Bourbon barrels, absorbing a previously unknown level of complexity. Then into Olorosso Sherry casks for just enough time to add a deep undertone of plum and jammy currant. An intriguing and kaleidoscopic take on Korova.

7 Deadly Stouts

7 Deadly Stouts

7 Deadly Stouts, Monday Night Brewing
Description

7 Deadly Stouts is a truly indulgent stout with 666 lbs. of Ugandan vanilla beans, toasted coconut bark, toasted hazelnuts, coffee, Ghirardelli milk chocolate wafers, and Saigon cinnamon bark. This is a stout seven ways, each representing a different sin, aged in a blend of Scotch, rum, tequila, bourbon, maple bourbon, Cognac, and Apple Brandy barrels. Honestly, we're not sure you can handle it. You should probably put it back on the shelf and slowly walk away.

This beer pours a crystal clear, golden color supporting a finely beaded, resilient, white head. The aroma is a menagerie of hop flavors: floral, orange, apricot, resin and tropical fruit. The medium body sports a light toasty and bready malt to support the more prominent citrusy, floral, and... Read More
