Inspired by a seventh-month exploration of beers throughout Europe, followed by a move to Portland, Oregon, Tracy started home brewing to create the most drinkable beers in the world. Tracy currently holds the BJCP distinction of National Beer/Mead Judge and is the Assistant Representative of the Mountain/Northwest Region serving the Pacific Northwest.
