ABOUT THE BREWERY

The Dubuisson brewers are keen to defend the identity and the unique nature of their brewery and their beers within a market dominated by large brewing groups and flooded by a multitude of products. From this viewpoint, they confine themselves to a relatively limited range of beers, but beers that all display a very asserted character and personality. The Brasserie Dubuisson beers are noticeable by very marked aromas and flavours, without compromising or cutting corners. The “neutrality” and “smoothness” of flavours, aromas and tastes is not appreciated at Dubuisson.

Award Winning Beer and Delicious Shtick Since 1996!

Shmaltz Brewing started in northern California in 1996, our first He’brew creation, Genesis Ale, came in 22s, hand bottled, hand labeled and delivered out of my grandmothers’ Volvo. Founded as “a Jewish celebration craft beer” by proprietor Jeremy Cowan, HE'BREW Beer has incorporated quality, community, and shtick since their conception. Our beers are distributed in over thirty-seven U.S. states, by 40 distributors and in 5,000 retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
