This golden, german-style pilsner combines tradition with modern hopping techniques for a nice floral hop character. Brewed with German pilsner malt, Euphonia's hops are added late to provide a soft bitterness and vibrant hop aroma.

Hazy Like a Fox features a blend of pale malt, oats, wheat, flaked barley and milk sugar for a pillowy mouthfeel. It pours pale gold with an opaque haze. A double dry hop creates waves of pineapple and tangerine aromatics that compliment soft, juicy orange and tangerine notes which delight the palate.

Let’s Rhubarb a beer, shall we? A few of our brewers and the bar regulars combined their backyard Rhubarb crops to contribute to this tangy springtime sour. The base is Berliner Weisse aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. Flavors and aromas of Rhubarb, floral honeysuckle, and a slight raspberry sweetness all combine to capture the essence of a Montana spring day. TA11 pH3.5

This Lambic inspired ale was fermented and aged in French and American Oak barrels deep in the belly of the Bozeman Underground. Over a period of 47 months a blend of bacteria and wild yeast created a complex flavor profile that is tart, funky, and fruity. During the final months of aging Plum was added to each barrel and allowed to re-ferment lending its delicate fruit flavor to the beer. TA15 pH3.37
