Originally brewed to celebrate our first anniversary in 1997, Stone IPA was an immediate hit and soon became the flagship beer of our young brewery. One of the most well-respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with tropical, citrusy, piney hop flavors and aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. Over time, we stepped up the dry-hopping process to extract every bit of magic out of the amazing hops we use. This beer is as bold, fresh and flavorful today as it was back in '97.

Triple Sunshine is the culmination of our Sunshine series (also including Little Sip, Sip of Sunshine, and Double Sunshine) which is exploding with juicy notes of pineapple, grapefruit and lychee. The brew exudes potent floral and herbal aromas from a deluge of dry-hopping.

A nicely balanced Italian Pilsner, this Euro pale lager is 4.2% ABV with a light malt presence while allowing a soft hop aroma to shine through to a crisp dry finish. Dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc this brew presents floral notes while adding a slight hint of fruitiness. A percentage of sales from this brew supports local skateboarding initiatives.

We took our American Brown Ale and finished it with pumpkin spices and a just hint of toasted coconut.

Stone Ruination IPA was the first full-time brewed and bottled West Coast Double IPA on the planet. As craft beer has evolved over the years, so too have techniques for maximizing hop flavors and aromas. When we updated this incarnation in 2015, we employed dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical, punk, metal & hard rock essence from the hops that give this beer its hugely assertive character. Now we’ve arrived at its newest evolutionary form by shoving it into the bottle unfiltered (aka sans filtre) and bringing it to you in its most excellently raw form. This beer has always been unbridled. Now it’s unfiltered.

When we first started brewing IPAs, they were considered an extreme style, only for hardcore beer nerds. (Like, say, us.) Today, they're the most popular style in craft beer and continuing to grow. We're proud of our role in fueling that revolution and thrilled with how the style has evolved over the years. Stone Hazy IPA comes in at an easy 6.7% and less bitter than our other IPAs, but still blooming with bold hop flavors. El Dorado and Azacca hops showcase a myriad of citrus and fruit elements while intense Sabro highlights the tropical notes of this beer. No fruit added, yet intensely juicy. The result of this unique hop combination is a creamy citrus bomb with tons of orange, lemon, melon, mango and pineapple flavors and aromas.

A classic style done up our way. A sturdy amber malt backbone dosed with Belgian Candi Sugar for a body and viscosity that just won’t quit. Brewed with Belgian yeast for a punch of fruity esters. A well rounded and impossibly quaffable beer clocking in at 6.8%.

A burly 10% stout brewed with a laundry list of dark malts for a deeply complex body, complemented by the addition of oats for a mouth-coating fullness. Our longest ever barrel-aged beer, it spent 18 months in Bourbon Barrels, resulting in a developed and dynamic body.

This is a standard American Brown Ale with malt richness and balanced hop bitterness.
